Offer a discount for booking several events
Reward people who book more than one of your events with an automatic discount — no code needed.
A bundle is a discount that applies by itself when someone books tickets for several of your events in one go. For example, "15% off when you book two or more of our jazz nights". Buyers don't need a code.
Set up a bundle
- Go to Discounts & gift cards and open the Bundles tab.
- Press Add bundle.
- Give it a Name (for your reference).
- Set Minimum different events: how many different events must be in the basket, from 2 upwards.
- Choose a percentage or a fixed amount off, and how much.
- Optionally, pick events under Applies to. Only those events count towards the bundle and get the discount. Leave it empty to count all your events.
- Press Create. It's live straight away.
Press the pencil on a bundle to change it, or switch off Active to pause it. The bin deletes it.
How buyers get it
Buyers add tickets from one of your event pages, then go to another. Their basket follows them. Once the basket holds tickets for enough different events, a Bundle discount line appears and comes off the total.
- The discount covers the tickets for the events that count towards the bundle.
- If a basket qualifies for more than one bundle, the buyer gets the best one. Bundles don't add up.
- Buyers can use a discount code on top.
Nothing on your event pages mentions a bundle, so tell people about it: on your event description, a showcase page, social media or your mailing list.
